just got back from my lunchtime gym session...feels so good to work out. now i'm plain tired and sleepy after that cardio and machine exercises...

this song really sticks to my head over and over again...listenin' to carly simons and motown songs really lifts up my mood...but still...quite restless...just toned it down a bit...probly some of my restless feelings got burned down with my fats during my workout..
